Don’t worry, cat. That’s generally how I feel at parties, too.
Sometimes all I want in life is for people to remember that Thor comes from a kingdom that has INFINITY MONEY and is the CROWN PRINCE of a really powerful kingdom and Thor considers Midgard under his protection and so like. Tony Stark has a very nice home and a very nice tower but it’s probably nothing compared to the home Thor grew up in.
And then I get this and ahhhh yes good I am happy.
(This is not to say Thor is better or more interesting than the other characters, just that SPACE VIKING CROWN PRINCE WHO IS SERIOUSLY L O A D E D, that’s all.)
…and now I want fic of Thor being all “your money is so petty, and tiny.”
Hawkeye: $283 and a tuna sandwich
Lol Thor, the man with the most money and the least use for it. Give Spider-Man some of that
Spider-man works at horizon now, so isn’t his salary much bigger now?
Pretty sure Horizon is getting sued and Peter doesn’t even show up there anymore.
"godfuckingdamnit!!" Jaegers experiencing feels. Distance of 500 feet from Shatterdome strongly suggested.

That’s the face of Ultron, accordingly to the teaser trailer of Avengers: Age of Ultron, shown at Comi-Con. Scary, isn’t it?
No fuck you
This is heartbreaking. Early tracking suggests that Guillermo del Toro’s long-awaited “robots vs. monsters” movie Pacific Rim is gaining less audience interest than Grown-Ups 2, which opens the same weekend. Legendary Pictures “risks losing a lot of money” on Pacific Rim, Variety warns.
I don’t have many followers, I know this. But tumblr is more than than the followers you have, the ears that first hear your voice when you shout, when you cry.
Get the word out.
If giant robots fighting giant monsters flops on our watch, on this generation’s turn at bearing the torch of nerdom, we shall forever be remembered as the generation that lost it all.
I say, no. Not this time. Not this movie. We will not fail our genre and the geeks that came before us- dreaming of this day- nor those destined to follow us.
